Decent press, minor issue

I bought the Craft Heat Press for my small projects. The price was good, especially with a bundle deal I found. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Ohio. The press heats up quickly and evenly, which is great for vinyl and DTF transfers. I did notice the temperature gauge is a bit hard to read in dim light, which is a minor inconvenience. Customer service was responsive when I asked about a tracking update. Overall, it's a good value, but that display could be clearer.

Good DTF kit, slow delivery

I ordered the DTF Starter Kit from Offnova and overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to navigate to find what I needed. It took about 8 days for the kit to arrive, which felt a bit long, but everything was well-packaged. The DTF ink and film worked as expected, and the instructions were clear enough for someone new to DTF printing. I did have a question about curing times, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. The Heat Resistant Tape included was a little narrower than I anticipated, but it got the job done. It's a solid kit for getting started, just plan for delivery time.

Got my DTF powder quick!

I ordered some DTF Powder last week, and it got here pretty fast, like 4 days to reach Austin. It was exactly what I needed for my small craft projects. Packaging was good too, nothing spilled or anything, though the box was a little dented on one side.

DTF Starter Kit was perfect!

I got the DTF Starter Kit and it's amazing! Everything worked right out of the box. The instructions were clear and I was making transfers in no time. I'm so happy with how my projects turned out. Will definitely be ordering more supplies from Offnova again! I'm recommending them to all my crafting friends.

Good heat press, slow support

I bought the Craft Heat Press a few weeks ago for my home business. It works well and heats up consistently, which is important for my shirts. The price was fair for the quality. I had a question about settings, and it took about two days for customer service to get back to me, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, a solid purchase.

Labels worked well

Got some Shipping Labels for my business. They came fast. Quality is good, stuck fine to my packages. A solid purchase.

Love my Tumbler Heat Press

I just received my Tumbler Heat Press and I'm so happy! It arrived in perfect condition, and I used it right away. The press is super easy to operate, and my first tumbler came out perfectly. The results are really professional looking. I'm already planning my next order for more sublimation paper. This store is awesome for craft supplies!

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third time ordering from Offnova, and they're always reliable. This time I got a pack of DTF Transfer Film and some Heat Resistant Tape. Just like before, the film worked perfectly with my printer, no issues with peeling. The tape is strong, doesn't leave residue. Shipping was a day slower than my last order, but still within reason. I keep coming back because their products just work without a fuss.
